I moustache you a favour

It's that time of year again. Thousands of men around the world are donning their annual mo', and it's all for a good cause.

The good lads over at Movember are once again raising money for Men's mental health and suicide prevention, as well as prostate and testicular cancer. It's been a tough year for everyone's mental health this year, and I do think that men in particular are often not given the outlet that they need to openly talk about their feelings and their worries, lest they be seen as less "masculine" or be told that "boys don't cry". Movember have made it their mission to offer men the support that they rightly deserve, and I think that's a cause worth supporting.

Last year they raised over £72,000,000 for the aforementioned causes, and I personally was fortunate enough to be surrounded by generous and considerate folk whom, together, managed to contribute £260 for the charity. This year my aim is to smash last year's total, and I need your help in doing so. At the time of writing I'm at around £180 so we're already most of the way there. There's around a week of November left, and I would really love to know that we were able to beat last year's efforts! And, if you've already donated, you're a star ✰

If you'd like to donate, please head to my Movember page and give what you can. It's much appreciated and as I said, it's a really worthy cause.

If you are interested in hearing more about Movember and what they stand for, you can check out their About Us section on their site, or read their annual reports.
